We had Adam Khoo workshop just now..one word--EXCELLENT!!
I like the speakers and like the activities alot..
Especially the part when we have to "imagine ourselves alone in a dark room......."
Amazingly, i get to imagine clearly..
and most of us cried to the part when the speaker made us imagine
about our parents.............blah blah blah too many to elaborate haha!
Overall this program make me realise how much time i've been wasting all this time..
It just made me wanna become a better person in life..
